Perfect for both targeted and full-body sessions. Use it flat for my back or fold it to concentrate on smaller areas. The face treatment option is a nice bonus feature.
Well-built mat with impressive LED coverage. The 660nm and 850nm combination works great for my needs. Takes up some space when unfolded but the results make it worthwhile. Would recommend having a dedicated spot for regular use.
